There is a 30 Day return policy on all items purchased from Dotline/Mengo. If you have purchased an item that is not what you expected or does not meet your needs you may return this product directly to us for a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the product only. This will be credited back to your credit card within 2 weeks of Dotline/Mengo Industries, Inc receiving the product. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to Dotline/Mengo Industries, Inc also.
